We ship to every state and territory, from capital cities to regional towns.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $70 or more: free shipping, Australia-wide — including our 2 + 1 Free and 4 + 2 Free packs.
- Orders under $70: flat rate of $5.95 (AUD).
The shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Regional and remote areas (e.g. parts of WA, NT and Tasmania) can take a few extra days. These are estimates — delays can occasionally happen during peak periods.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first updates.
Wrong address?
Email us at pestnest.official@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can update your address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or arrives damaged, email pestnest.official@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
