How do I use it?+
Simply plug PestNest into any standard Australian power point in the room you want to protect. The LED lights up to show it's working — that's it.
How loud is it?+
It's silent to humans. PestNest emits ultrasonic frequencies above the range of human hearing.
How many units will I need for my home?+
One per room. Ultrasonic waves don't pass through walls or furniture, so most homes need 3 to 5 units. That's why our 2 + 1 Free and 4 + 2 Free packs are the most popular choices — and they ship free.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most people notice a difference within the first 1–2 weeks. You may briefly see more activity at first as pests leave their hiding spots — that's normal.
What type of pests does it work on?+
PestNest is designed to repel common household pests such as cockroaches, spiders, ants, mice, rats and mosquitoes. Results can vary depending on the room and the type of infestation.
Is it safe for my kids and pets?+
Yes for children, cats and dogs. It's not recommended for homes with rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters or birds, as they can hear ultrasonic frequencies.
Does it use chemicals or need refills?+
No. PestNest is completely chemical-free — no sprays, no poisons, no refills and no batteries. Just plug it in and leave it on 24/7.

Yes — we ship to every state and territory in Australia. Shipping is free on orders over $70 (including our 2 + 1 Free and 4 + 2 Free packs). Orders under $70 have a flat $5.95 shipping fee.
